Small Controlled Cabins ZPM The cabins Alti Filter ZPM are small cleanroom that enables you to move to level pharmaceutical products such as powders and other active principles in conditions of absolute sterility and safety for personnel and the environment are small cleanroom that enables you to move to level pharmaceutical products such as powders and other active principles in conditions of absolute sterility and safety for personnel and the environment.
A roof of air supply constant vertical or horizontal (with the possibility of air-conditioning) holds pressure throughout the cabin with a degree of final cleaning in ISO Class 3 (Class 100) or ISO Class 5 (Class 1000). All the air flow is then aspirated, filtered and recirculated or discharged to the outside.
The air flow thus generated is unidirectional and not being able to get out of the cab because aspirated and rifiltrate protects the environment and the staff so that the particles, aerosols and sostenze generated by production inside. The inlet air introduced first is pre-filtered with high performance filter cells (Efficiency G4) and then filtered through HEPA filters Absolute (Efficiency H13 or H14). A small amount of recirculated air is expelled to maintain in depression the Cabin series ZPM ensuring freedom from contamination in the external premises. |
